We are offering three services this year for festival goers who wish to cycle to the site.
Option one: Courier
You are welcome to have a courier bring your bags to us. Most couriers will carry bags / parcels up to 30kg, however, we ask that no bag weighs over 20kg for the health and safety of our team. You will also need to arrange collection from us on Tuesday 1st July 2025 by the courier. Depending on which service you use, you can expect to pay in the region of £15.00 to £25.00 each way.
All bags must be delivered to us between Monday 16th June and Monday 23rd June 2025. Please note that they will be delivered to a business address and no one will be there on the Saturday or Sunday. Bags delivered after 5pm on 23rd June will not be taken to the festival site.
You must use a tracked service for your bags as we will not be able to answer any queries at the collection point.
All of the major courier companies, including ParcelForce, APC, DHL, UPS and DPD deliver to us on a regular basis.
We will transport your bag to our luggage tent on the festival site, opposite the cyclist campsite and then return it to the courier collection point on the Monday.

Some things you need to be aware of:
- The bags / parcels will need to be very securely packed as invariably some drivers are not as careful with items as they should be
- No bag should weigh over 20kg, please
- The bags must not contain anything sharp, or any liquids – we recommend that you check the courier website for prohibited items
- Please ensure that you have adequate insurance in place to cover anything that is lost
- We cannot and will not be held responsible for anything that is broken or missing
- Please note that glass is not permitted on the festival site
- You will need to ensure that the return address and courier details are clearly labelled on the bags – ideally laminated
- You will likely need to book the return trip from the festival. We recommend that you use a courier that can bring the return label with them (ParcelForce and DPD offer this service)
- Any prohibited items found in bags will result in the bags being left behind. Your bags will also be checked by security on entry to the site and if they find anything, your bags will be left.
Your bags MUST be collected from the onsite luggage tent between 8am and 4pm on Wednesday 25th June.
All return luggage will need to be dropped off by 10am on Monday 30th June 2025 to a set location on the festival site. Alternatively, if you are leaving the festival prior to Monday you can take your bags to the West Bike Park luggage point.
This service costs £5 in addition to your courier fees, which is payable at the time of booking.
Option 2: Local collection or London collection
You can leave your luggage at a pre-arranged drop off point in Kensington, London or one of the following towns in Somerset and we will transport it to the site for you.
- Bath
- Bridgwater
- Bristol
- Burnham-on-Sea
- Cheddar
- Frome
- Glastonbury
- Radstock
- Shepton Mallet
- Wells
- Wincanton / Castle Cary
- Yeovil
The location for the drop off will be emailed to you closer to the date and once we have received payment.
To use this service costs £25 from London and £20 from Somerset. Please note that no bag can weigh over 20kg and the total weight per order is 30kg. Overweight bags will be left behind. You are welcome to have multiple bags, but they must not weigh more than 30kg in total. If you would like to bring more than 30kg then you must make an additional booking.
Please use this service if you wish to pick up your bags at any point when the festival is open as all bags will be taken to the West Bike Park for collection.
The closing date for booking this service is 12pm on Thursday 19th June.
Note: Glass is not permitted on the festival site. Do not pack breakable items in your bags.
Again, please ensure that your bags are secure as we cannot take responsibility for anything damaged or lost in transit and make sure that your name and address are on a robust label, preferably laminated.
Please note that should you choose to use our luggage service, you must use one of the options offered by us. No other courier companies will be accepted for delivery to the festival site.
Option 3: Bags delivered onto site
This year we are offering a new service which will deliver your bags to our luggage tent on the festival site which is opposite the cyclist campsite – no more carrying heavy bags after a long bike ride!
This service costs £25. Please note that no bag can weigh over 20kg and the total weight per order is 30kg. Overweight bags will be left behind. You are welcome to have multiple bags, but they must not weigh more than 30kg in total. If you would like to bring more than 30kg then you must make an additional booking.
You will need to drop your bags off at White Lake Cheese in Pylle on one of the following days:
- Friday 20th June – 9am to 4pm
- Sunday 22nd June – 5pm to 7pm
- Monday 23rd June – 10am to 4pm
Your bags MUST be collected from the onsite luggage tent between 8am and 4pm on Wednesday 25th June.
Your bags will need to be dropped off on Monday 30th June at the same tent. Alternatively, if you are leaving the festival before Monday, please take your baggage to the West Bike Park, and put it in the pile for Pylle.
The bags will be taken back to White Lake Cheese after the festival and will be available for collection on:
- Tuesday 1st July – 12pm to 7pm
- Wednesday 2nd July – 9am to 12pm
The closing date for booking this service is 12pm on Thursday 19th June.
