Please note that this service costs £25 per person for a maximum of 30kg of baggage and requires you to drop off your baggage at a set location in Kensington during one of the following times:
- Saturday 21st June – 12pm to 6pm
- Sunday 22nd June – 12pm to 6pm
- Monday 23rd June – 4pm to 8pm
Please note that no bag can weigh over 25kg and the total weight per order is 30kg. Overweight bags will be left behind. You are welcome to have multiple bags, but they must not weigh more than 30kg in total. If you would like to bring more than 30kg then you must make an additional booking.
The drop off location will be sent to you closer to the festival.
Your bags will be delivered to the West Bike Park lock up and will need to be dropped back off there on Monday 30th June by 10am.
The closing date for booking this service is 12pm on Thursday 19th June.
Your homeward bags will arrive on Monday 30th June in the afternoon and will need to be collected between 12pm and 8pm or between 5pm and 7pm on Tuesday 1st July. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page – Bike to Glasto for more up to date information.
