We will offer a return luggage delivery service from locations across Somerset, Bristol and London for a small fee.
This service must be pre-booked and paid for via this website.
Cyclist's drop-off their luggage at their chosen drop-off location. You can drop-off
a maximum of two bags and a tent weighing no greater than 30kg combined, with no
one bag weighing more than 20kg.
All items of luggage including tents must be clearly labelled with your full
name and drop-off location e.g. Bob Taylor, Bridgwater. If you could add a
mobile number too that would be even better!
No carrier bags, crates of alcohol, glass or items attached to bags with string/tape please!
Luggage will be ready to be collected in the morning on Wednesday 22nd June
from the bike lock-up when you check-in your bike.
After the festival all luggage must be returned to the bike lock-up by 10am
(Bristol) or 10:45am (any Somerset) on Monday 27th June for delivery back to your drop-off.
Your luggage will then be ready for you to collect at your chosen location
late afternoon on Monday 27th or at the latest by lunchtime on Tuesday 28th.
Use of the service is at your own risk but we try our best to keep your items safe.
So what does the luggage delivery service cost?
The return service costs £10 (£15 for London). If you only use the service one-way the charge is still the same.
This fee allows free use of the bike lock-up.
Last year's drop-off locations
(we hope to offer the same in 2016)
- Shepton Mallet
Please note all locations are subject to demand. We may ask you to use an alternative drop-off
(it will be the next closest) if a low number of cyclists have booked to use a certain location.
How do I book?
You can book up to 8 cyclists per booking, all of whom must use the same drop-off location. We
will require the full names, Glastonbury registration numbers and email addresses for all of the
cyclists under any one booking and not just the lead booker's details.
You can pay using Paypal.
